That's why we offer a guarantee that eliminates any risk, fear, or uncertainty you may feel.

Better than the high street!

Prior to us dispatching your spectacles, each pair undergoes strenuous quality checking. They are also inspected by one of our Ophthalmic Technicians to ensure the accuracy of the prescription details and proper alignment of the frames.

If, in the unlikely event your spectacles arrive with a defect, we will replace them free of charge. Simply return your glasses in an envelope with a note stating what was wrong with them and we will arrange the replacement.
