Meet the Team

Andre Senyk – Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SpeckyFourEyes.com - in 2004 conceived the idea of selling glasses online whilst in his final year at University aged just 23.

Working with a local web development company, Andre created an online outlet which enabled him to provide customers a jargon free pleasant online shopping experience.
After months of preparation in 2005 the business was initially set up in a small bedroom in his parents’ home but shortly after became too small to operate from.
He therefore decided it was time to move the hub of the business to some local offices.

• Andre's huge achievements have been officially recognised and he's been rewarded by becoming a Regional Finalist in the Shell LiveWire Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 Awards.
• The university Andre graduated from also awarded him the Success in Business Award in 2007.
• In the same year Andre became the Eye4Enterpize Award Finalist.

Whilst studying for his Optics degree at University Andre noticed a 'subconscious' push towards eventually working for a standard high street optical store - but he wanted more than that and didn't want to follow the crowd. This drove and inspired him to create his own business in competition with the major high street optical retailers. Andre worked out the cost of manufacturing an average pair of glasses and found out that the high street stores were making a fortune. By creating an online outlet he has managed to keep overheads down, therefore enabling SpeckyFourEyes.com to sell glasses for as little as £12 - compared to the average UK High Street price of £148!

In 2010 Andre recruited several new key individuals and assigned them with strategic roles within his company. This was done to ensure that customers experience a high level of service throughout the ordering process. All glasses are assembled in-house by experienced Optical Lab Technicians and this ensures high quality glasses are sent directly to customers.

Corrina (Customer Services Manager)

Hello, my name is Corrina. I’m the Customer Service Manager here at SpeckyFourEyes.com. I have seven years experience of working in Customer Service and a Degree in Sociology. My main aim is to make your experience the best it can be. I believe in going above and beyond to give our customers the service and products they deserve and expect. As our customers have firsthand experience of the service we offer, I welcome any suggestions as to how we can improve upon our current procedures.

Maryam (Senior Dispensing Optician)

Hi, I'm Maryam and I'm one of the Opticians here at SpeckyFourEyes.com. I have gained a BSc Honours Degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing with Management.

I am a qualified Dispensing Optician and am registered with the GOC (General Optical Council).

I have worked in the optics industry for 7 years. Throughout this time I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge, therefore enabling me to be able to offer my professional advice to customers and advise them with the most suitable products/options for their unique prescriptions.

Natalka (Customer Services Assistant Manager)

Natalka is a part-time member of our Team. She is currently studying for her degree in Psychology at the University of Huddersfield. Being an Administrative Assistant at SpeckyFourEyes.com she offers support to the rest of the Team and also ensures your products are sent to you at the highest standard and quality possible.

You may recognise her from Sky 1's Got to Dance. The group she danced for – Podilya – made it to the Semi-Finals earlier this year.

Matt (Optical Lab Manager)

With in excess of 11 years experience, Matt is simply one of the best lab managers in the country.  With an eye for detail and a passion for providing customers with a quality, faultless product, Matt is an integral part of the SpeckyFourEyes team.  Matt's initial training was with Boots as part of their Lab Manager Training Programme, but his real learning has been through has vast experience, ensuring perfect results every time.
