CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISERS
SpeckyFourEyes.com sells prescription spectacles over the internet, via a catalogue and over the telephone. We are a fast growing company that prides itself on being able to deliver excellent customer service.
The purpose of the roles is to ensure that customer queries are dealt with speedily and effectively. This means being the first point of contact with customers, providing them with product and service information, dealing with queries and responding to written correspondence. It also involves processing orders from the internet and mail order catalogue. We are a close knit team in which everyone is expected to help out to get jobs done.
Spectacles are essentially a medical product and our Customer Service Advisers need to be very well informed. To this end, we have an extensive technical training programme. The training will give you basic optical knowledge which could help you, if you were interested, to pursue a career in Optics.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in an office/customer service environment
- database/internet experience
- customer service skills
- keenness to learn about product
- accuracy and a methodical approach to working

- to be reliable and on time
