CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISERS

POSITIONS FILLED

SpeckyFourEyes.com sells prescription spectacles over the internet, via a catalogue and over the telephone. We are a fast growing company that prides itself on being able to deliver excellent customer service.

The purpose of the roles is to ensure that customer queries are dealt with speedily and effectively. This means being the first point of contact with customers, providing them with product and service information, dealing with queries and responding to written correspondence. It also involves processing orders from the internet and mail order catalogue. We are a close knit team in which everyone is expected to help out to get jobs done.

Spectacles are essentially a medical product and our Customer Service Advisers need to be very well informed. To this end, we have an extensive technical training programme. The training will give you basic optical knowledge which could help you, if you were interested, to pursue a career in Optics.

DISPENSING OPTICIAN

This role is based in our order management centre. You will be working with 2 Dispensing Opticians and a team of 7 Customer Service Advisors. In this job, you will be supporting both the existing Dispensing Opticians and the customer service advisors. The majority of your time will be spent authorising but you will also help out with customer queries and repairs. In the course of your work, you will need to communicate with customers over the telephone and sometimes face to face as well as via letters and emails.

Requirements and qualifications

  • you must be GOC registered
  • you must be ABDO registered and qualified
  • you will have excellent customer skills
  • you should be organised and good at managing your time
  • you will be committed to dispensing excellence
  • you will be flexible and enthusiastic
