What is our guarantee policy?
Here at SpeckyFourEyes® we know that you'll be delighted with your new glasses. If there are any problems at all with your glasses we will sort them out for you.
If your next door neighbour Nikki has gone for the exact same frames as you, or Desmond at the checkout in your local supermarket says you’d look better in a silver pair simply send them back to us within 14 days and we'll sort it out, no questions asked.
There must be a catch?
Absolutely not.
SpeckyFourEyes® guarantee statement:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will offer one of the following options:-
- Exchange your frames for another colour in the same model.
- Replace the lenses, even if your optician has made a mistake on your prescription!
What else do I need to know?
When does the 14 day period start?
As soon as we put it in the post. The 14 day period will start from this date.
What about refunds for postage and packing?
We do not offer refunds for postage and packing costs.
Can I exchange my glasses for a higher priced pair?
Of course. But there will be a charge for the difference in cost.
