We understand that sometimes you may wish to try on your glasses or sunglasses before committing to a pair of glasses and we have set up a no-obligation Try at Home service.
1. Browse the Try at Home Frames
and find the frames you would like to try
2. Click the Try at Home button
and add up to three frames to your Try at Home basket then checkout as normal. We charge £4.99 for the trial refunded if your trial becomes an order.
3. We'll send the frames to you
to try on in the comfort of your home.
4. Return the frames to us
along with the order form to let us know which ones you would like and we'll do the rest.
- The cost is only £4.99 for up to 3 frames, which is refunded if you subsequently decide to purchase any of them.
- This service is available on credit card purchases.
- We will pre-authorise your credit card for the cost of the frames. Your credit card will not be charged for this amount, unless you fail to return the glasses to us.
- Return your trial glasses within 7 days.
- If you decide to purchase frames fill in and include the order form, which came with your trial, and we will make up your glasses for you.
