We aim to send all our glasses within 7-10 working days.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing - delivery of the goods will take place at the delivery address provided on the order form or the delivery address provided on the online order form.
Delivery of all goods must be to a valid UK or international address and any dates specified by SpeckyFourEyes® for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only.
Every attempt will be made to deliver the goods within a reasonable time; however delivery may take up to 28 days depending on circumstances.
SpeckyFourEyes® cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer or any other third party.
If delivery is not within the agreed time SpeckyFourEyes® will arrange another time for delivery.
When you tear open our SpeckyFourEyes.com packaging, we want you to be delighted with what's inside – so if you’re not, please return the goods to us and we will try to resolve the issue.
All you need to do is return the product to the address below via a traceable method with a short covering letter stating your name, order number and nature of the problem.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for lenses which have been made to a personalised prescription.
