We aim to send out all our glasses within 7-15 working days of receiving your order and prescription. Some glasses can take longer, due to prescription complexities or for certain coating combinations. Some orders may be delayed if a copy of a prescription is required by our opticians.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the goods will take place to the delivery address provided on your order form. Delivery of all goods must be to a valid UK or international address and any dates specified by SpeckyFourEyes® for delivery are intended to be an estimate only.
Every attempt will be made to deliver goods within a reasonable time; however delivery may take up to 28 days depending on circumstances.
SpeckyFourEyes® cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer or any other third party.
As part of our order processing, we will advise you of the progress and shipment of your order and will contact you if, for any reason, there are any problems or delays.
Shipping Times will vary, with standard delivery taking up to 3-5 working days and special delivery taking 1-2 working days.
We want you to be delighted with your Specky Four Eyes order. If you’re not, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you need to return an item please do so to the address below via a traceable method and with a short covering letter stating your name, order number and nature of the problem.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for lenses which have been made to a personalised prescription. Any other orders that are 'custom made', such as Varifocals or non-stock items, cannot be cancelled in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. However, you have the right to cancel any stock single vision orders within 7 days of payment, assuming that the order has not been already been dispatched.
Your order will contain written confirmation of the prescription that was entered into our order form when the order was placed. If you suspect that the product supplied does not match the prescription ordered, do not use it and please notify us immediately. In the rare event that this may have occurred, we will ask, you to send your glasses back immediately for verification. If an error on our part has indeed been made we will immediately rectify the problem and, if for any reason, we cannot rectify the problem, we will offer you a full refund.
We are unable to offer a full refund for reason of glasses being ‘ill fitting’ or ‘non-aesthetically pleasing’. However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange for another product within a similar price range or a credit voucher code to use at a later date. For all agreed refunds there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
